I think the record is clear that the state bar is corrupt as evidenced by their implications in the global corruption exhibited in the Gerardi case.

It is astonishing that none of them have been indicted and prosecuted criminally and instead allowed to simply resign.

As you can see from their poor ratings and the commentary this organization does not protect the public. Due to this organization not doing their job, my family and I went to a D.A. and now the attorney who I complained about is no longer on the case. Yes, the D.A. did a better job that this organization.

Isn’t that where that con artist attorney Gerardi put in his attorneys that he had appointed when he stole all his client's money. and when his clients contacted the bar association, they tried to cover it up And none of those attorneys were put in jail

Original Review: Just like all of the complaints below, the CA Bar has refused to take evidence from me for 4 years and has refused to investigate my reports of misconduct. My approach to deal with this going forward is to publicly shame the Bar at the Board of Trustee and to out lawyers and misconduct at public comment. As an example which worked to make some small progress so far check out my videos where I make public comments to the Board and out their incompetence and corrupt lawyers. Come to a Board of Trustee meeting and tell them to their faces how you have been treated and put them on notice that the public is not going to tolerate this anymore!
