Nos hemos hospedado ya antes aquí muy buen servicio y los empleados en general muy amables y nos gusta mucho la ubicación nos queda cerca todo lo que necesitamos

We walked in and thought the same as everyone who has posted a review. "What did we get ourselves into"
Check-in took forever. You have to scan some QR code and put all your info in then check in. We got our keys and went to get our kids and stuff out of the car. They asked "what took so long?"
We all walked in and noticed the poor fish tank was murky and green. Poor fish. The floors in the lobby were wet and no wet floor sign was anywhere to be seen. The elevator was dirty. When we got to our floor, the hallways were not air conditioned at all. It was hot as hell walking to our room. We went to open the door to our room and someone opened the door to greet us. It was a guy who said he was doing a room inspection.
When we walked in and tried to turn on the lights none of them worked. Not even the TV would come on. (Rm 316) We all grabbed our stuff and went back downstairs to the desk to change rooms.
The carpet in the hallways was very worn and dingy and the floor very soft with dips in it.
We changed rooms, still on the 3rd floor. We got to that room and the lights worked except for the bathroom light. We had to call the front again and tell them. The furniture in the room needed repairs. The bedding had stains and holes in it. (See pics). We asked for more towels and no one would ever bring us any. The beds were hard as a table. My kids wanted to swim but the pool and hot tub was green and gross. We got back to our room the second night and our keys would not work so my husband had to back to the lobby and have it fixed. Someone did end up fixing our bathroom light too. There was water damage on the ceiling and the shower looked like it had mold in it.

I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

The inn definitely needs to be upgraded. Old fire alarms just hanging. Scratched up furniture. Ice machines don’t work except one. Staff doesn’t seem to really care, reading or just chilling on there phone. They do not follow safety protocols. Walked from room to elevator to leave for the day and the floor in the elevator was freshly mopped and no wet floor sign. When elevator opens on first floor all wet and no signage. As a highly physical handicap person this is EXTREMELY dangerous for me. Other than all that it was fine. Bed was comfortable. And decent price considering the inn’s shape. There’s lots to do around this area

Although the place is very clean, which is important, the hotel and the linens/towels need updating. Our blanket and towels have been washed so many times the quilt’s batting is exposed in large areas and you can see through some of the towels. The front desk person on Friday evening was rude to my husband. The hot tub in the room works and was a nice addition to our weekend. We come to Lubbock regularly to see our kids and I can positively that we won’t be staying here again.
