Dr. Basa was very thorough in her explanation of the procedure options, recovery time, and short term and long term side effects. She helped me weigh the pros and cons of each procedure to figure out which would be best for me. Only reason I gave 4* instead of 5 is that the wait time was very long

Dr. Basa is very easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and explained the procedures very well. She took the time to really explain and went over my health history with me. Her staff is extremely polite and also listened and answered all my questions.

Making the decision to have Bariatics surgery was scary, but from the first call until today everyone has been thoughtful and kind. The office staff is always available for questions and easing of my mind. My first meeting with Dr. Basa was emotional and eye opening. She explained my options including why my body was reacting the way it was. She answered every question I had and together we decided my best course of action. Since then, I have participated in a well planned course of action leading up to my surgery on Oct. 26th. My surgery and recover have been seamless and I know this is directly attributable to Dr. Basa?s care and skill. I had my 12 day follow up with Dr. Basa today and asked a ton of questions which she answered fully and with genuine care. I am on a life changing path and happy to be guided by Dr. Basa!
