Unfortunately I would not recommend. I have been here twice and didn’t get the best nails either time. I gave a star because they were friendly and another because the place looked clean. But
1- they didn’t cut my friend or my cuticles.
2- the paint didn’t cover our entire nail.
3- when I went to tip they labeled 20% as “good” 25% as “great” and 30% as “wow”. I did not like that. I gave 20% and the person legit acted disappointed after.

I’m in the service industry and I believe 10-20 percent is appropriate and any amount should be appreciated.

My husband and I are visiting from out of town this week and came here for pedicures and I also got a dip manicure. The facility is so clean and nice. The staff were friendly, attentive and did an amazing job. I’ve gotten my nails done for 20+ years and this ranks among the top places I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

I went in to get my nail color changed because I was not happy with the color I had on and asked if they had time to help me. They said yes and sat me down. At the time I didn’t realize it but when I got home the gel polish was terrible and patchy and I was not happy with it. I went in a few days later to see if they could fix. Immediately a gentleman sitting down said you have an appointment. I said no I’m sorry, I was just wanting to get the gel fixed it’s really patchy and lumpy. His response was you came here and I said Yes it was an older gentleman who did it. Didn’t say anything else looked down for a bit looked at me and rudely said “well you want to get it fixed, find a chair” not sure why he was rude or if he was having a bad day but it just made me so uncomfortable how he was speaking to a paying customer who just wanted to get what they messed up fixed. NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!

I can easily say that, this nail salon is one of the best nail salons in town . I have been coming to the Honey B nail Salin for about a year now and I figured it’s about time for me to write a review .

The owner only hires nail technicians that are experienced. I have got my nails done with different nail technician here and unlike the other nail salons that are near by here , every single nail tech here do an amazing job . I highly recommend the Honey B nail salon . I would just say if you are like me and have a very busy schedule, make sure you call ahead and make an appointment.

Go see Ken!! He is a perfectionist and my nails reflect that. Customer service is unmatched! Very friendly staff, reasonable pricing & clean salon. 10/10 recommend! I can’t say enough good things about Honey B.

I will definitely be coming back. The manager and associate was so sweet they had closed early and he happened to be there and saw me walk up a literally opened up the shop for me I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service and love they have for their craft and customers!!!

Please be careful with what nail tech does your nails and if you plan to do a design let them know when you book the appointment, they don’t make it clear that you need to tell them. There’s only a couple people who do designs and the nail tech I was with doesn’t even do ombre. I finally decided to do my nails again for the first time since my college semester started and I quickly realized I should’ve made sure Ken was free or just done press ons like I’ve been doing. I had a different nail technician than in the past and my nails came out lumpy and uneven, and there was even hardened product on my skin I had to peel off. If you go here, please ask for Ken, he always does amazing.

I am a neighbor employee and it was my first time here. I am in service industry, hairstylist for 24yrs, and the service was terrible. Consultation is important, so I came for the before booking an appointment. The woman that was selected for my full set was rude, with poor communication, as she was had a look of frustration when she first approached me. The lady who done my pedicure was awesome, great communication, asked questions and delivered a great service. But I had to go to another salon to finish my fullset. I had to extend my lunch 30 mins to go to another place. Horrible experience ? ? 2 of my co-workers warned me, but I had to have my own experience.
