I enjoyed the amenities of this hotel like the pool, the fitness equipment in the gym, and breakfast (super good! ) Our room was big and I loved Hiltons feature of picking your room and checking in ahead of time through the App! I even had a digital key for our room. I absolutely am sold on the Hilton experience and going to advocate for all future hotel stays at Hilton hotels.

everything was provided in the room and then some! The kitchen had dishes, glasses, bowls and abundance of space in the suite!

Everything in my room was excellent, except the pillows. It was a king-size bed and only 3 regular pillows. My husband and I usually use 2 each, which I didn't mind using only one this time, being the fact that I was very tired and it was already very late. But as soon as I lay down on the pillow, I felt it desinflate and flat on the bed. I was not able to sleep comfortably. Other than that, the room was exceptionally nice and clean.

Positive: The free breakfast was delicious! Negative: Our toilet tank wouldn?t fill. We had to wiggle the float to get it to fill. Also, the pool was closed for maintenance our whole stay.

GROSS Rooms are dirty had to swap twice because of hair on the pillows and sheets. The third still had hair all over the bathroom floor but at least the sheets seemed decent. Neighborhood is run down and not the best. I would not stay here again.

I’ve stayed in this property a couple times before with great experiences both times. I checked in on Monday and wanted to take a shower after the gym but the water was cold. I called the front desk and was told they were updating the water system and didn’t know how long it would take to warm up. I asked for an estimate and was told an hour and a half. The next morning the water was not really warm but I could handle it for a shower, asked again and was told should be warm in about an hour and a half. This happened on both Wednesday and Thursday. I called the Hilton Diamon Desk once I realized the front desk just didn’t know or was told to provide me the same estimate. The manager or maintenance employee called telling me new heating rods were installed that would be working soon. Was also told they went into my room after my Monday or Tuesday morning call (can’t remember which day) and they tested my shower with a 110 degree water temperature results. They told me it might have been the high demand time I showered (7:00am). Each morning the water was barely enough to stand, not cold but never enough to even fog the mirror when the faucet was set at fully hot. The Hilton Diamond representative told me the hotel manager would either take some $ off my bill or give me Hilton honors points. Neither has occurred. My room rate was as high as $190 one night, in Wichita Falls TX. There is a new Delta hotel by Marriott in town I may need to try on my next trip. I hear is very nice with a great restaurant attached.||When I checked in the TV was cracked and not working, they replaced it within half an hour. Attached are pictures of a former guest’s make up left after two main services and a towel provided during my stay.

Nowhere near enough parking for this hotel. Also couldn't use my own device with the TV, not sure why hotels lock down the TV inputs like that. Otherwise the hotel and rooms were nice and what I expect.

Great option for 1 night stay. Dog friendly. Nice and helpful front desk. Breakfast was good. Clean and spacious rooms. You even have a small lake with a walking trail. Did not realize it was connected to Tru Hotel and Homewood suites in next door.

Our hotel room did not have hot water. When we told the front desk, we were told that it happened all the time but if we ran our water for TWENTY MINUTES OR SO it might work. The next morning I politely told the lady at front desk that that I found it incredibly deceptive to sell rooms to people knowing they didn’t have hot running water in a Hilton. She told me that it wasn’t deceptive because it the problem was sporadic. In her mind that made it acceptable. Part of my definition of a reasonable includes hot water. I had to heat cups of water in the microwave to take a sponge bath AT A HILTON PROPERTY! We were not offered a different room or a room at the other Hilton property next door. You may find this unreasonable, but I feel that if I have to take a sponge bath, my room should cost less. ||Also, every time we have stayed there, they have failed to have our room available at check in time. That is a consistent procedure for them. We have never been allowed to check in before 5:00 and once it was after 7:00. But don’t worry, they might not have your room ready but they’ll have a great excuse ready to go. ||This upsets me because it’s a great hotel for the price and it’s always really clean.
