Inherited law services and representation from previous board management. Predatory practices and aggressive billing is what I found. We worked directly with Jonathan Goldstein, we do not have any experiences with other lawyers within this firm but he is a partner. If your looking for top dollar representation, here you will only find the bill. We were kept in the dark about payments and holdings and excessive billing. Only interest this lawyer has here is to be paid. We all work to be profitable, but like I said gross abuse of predatory practices. Proceed with caution!

David and Frank make a good team. Jake does a good job as well. They followed through with their promise and got us the settlement that we were going for. It was a long drawn out process, partly due to covid, but in the end we succeeded to get our settlement from our 558 lawsuit with the help of Haber Law! We got it done while focusing on managing our legal expenses - which can get quite high in a case like this. We ended up spending less % than a contingency case so we were happy. I would definitely recommend David, Frank and the Haber Law team!

As the other reviewer has stated, all this firm cares about is billing you aggressively. They won’t pursue your case aggressively. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend to anyone, specially any Association seeking competent counsel.
