I’ve started going to B tan for the past few weeks now and everyone who has helped me, has always been welcoming and nice!! They even seem knowledgeable about the different beds and temps, etc. always a great experience! Clean environment too.

Just left B-Tan for my first time, and absolutely loved it. Very clean. Kinzee? I believe her name was, was so helpful and friendly! I’m a 10+ year tanner and recently started looking for a new salon due to the one down the street from my house being closed more then they are open. Although B Tan is about a 15-20 minute drive from my house, I can definitely see myself making the drive again!

I really enjoy every visit now that they have Brett and Shane working there. Those guys are so nice and always helpful. So glad they no longer have the rude one there. Makes for a much better tanning experience.

Dawn has the worst customer service skills at B-Tan! She's very argumentative even when you are not trying to be and will try to have the last word. If she wants to steer away business then she's doing a good job! I have been a customer of B-Tan since 2005 and I do NOT plan to go back after my recent encounter with her.

I would give a negative rating if I could. I was looking for a tanning salon I could start tanning for my daughter's wedding and since I spent almost ten years at my last tanning salon with a annual membership, but left due to ownership. They hung up on me when I asked about any specials they are running. That is rude and no customer service.

Nice tanning beds...VERY clean and the staff are by far the BEST in town! I tan almost all year round and I will not go anywhere else!

Great place. The bronzing tanning bed makes such a big difference than a normal tanning bed it is worth it.
