The people here are so nice. I called them frantically because I dropped a screw into my sewing machine and couldn’t get it out and I was in the middle of a big project. My husband took it in for me and they fixed it in no time while he waited. This was our first time going to this place and we will definitely be back.

B Sew Inn are amazing!! I went to the Houston Quilt Festival and went to speak with this company because they are a baby-lock dealer. I had an issue with a baby-lock dealer In my area Walnut Creek California. I wasn’t getting anywhere with an item they promised me when I bought a machine from Walnut Creek, so I was trying to see if B Sew Inn had some way of helping me. The owner, Lisa Skaggs, of B Sew Inn said, Let me see what I can do”. When she came back my problem was solved, and I got what I was promised!! I couldn’t believe it. I had been trying for a year to resolve this issue and I was in shock when Lisa fixed it for me in 10 min. So I decided to upgrade my machine through them. This issue had been sitting in my mind for a year just gnawing at me, and I was angry, and that’s all gone now. Thank you B Sew Inn.

I have been doing business with B-Sew Inn in OKC for about 7 years now! What a BLESSING! I have purchased 2 Baby loc sewing/quilting and embroidery machines and many numerous other things. They have NEVER disappointed me in any way! They are friendly, helpful and they care that help you. It’s always a fun day when I go there. Jan, the manager ❤️❤️❤️❤️‼️ The entire staff are GREAT! Kailen And Ashley love them too! They truly all have hearts to both serve and teach. I cannot recommend them enough. Go see them and you will be blessed and leave Sew Awesome❣️

100% incompetence at this location, purchased a baby lock machine and had problems with it after a month, had to bring it in 4 times before it was finally repaired, many broken promises from mgmt and the repair tech talked to us in the parking lot telling us what he did for the final fix on the machine, we will not purchase anything else from this store.

I bought a previously owned Babylock Ellisimo Gold II at a quilt festival and have been having issues with it. I had to email Jon several times for him to get back with me. I spoke with a tech guy and still have issues. The tech guy wanted me to drop it off and would eventually get to it. I live over 3 hours away bi emailed Jon and said I will not drive 3 hours away just to drop it off and return home. Jon emailed me back and told me they will ship me another one. Give them a couple of days. I replied back and said Ok. Thank you and what all do I ship back with the current machine I have. Haven’t heard back from him yet. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO KOR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! They take your money and run

Love this place from the first time I went in. Their staff is very informative and helpful. They have machines set up on the floor so you can see how they work and compare with the other models, carry every accessory and thread you will need for your machine, and carry many books to support craft and give you ideas for future projects. I love it that since I bought my machine I can sign up for free classes that help me give me hands on training using my machine. The store brings in various speakers throughout the year to provide classes with projects to take home and/or learning about techniques and updates on what is new with a particular project.
