Took a sterling silver ring into the jewelry shop to get sized from a 12 to 14 and they were charging $150. That’s absorbent and taking advantage of your customers. I thought it’d be a good idea to support your local vendors, but they don’t have the same respect in regards to their customers. I’ll never enter that shop or spend a dollar at their jewelry store, and I advise other people to be careful because of their absorbent prices on top of the attitude given to me by the gentleman who is the part owner at the end. I kindly asked why are you charging $150 for two size rings up, he responded that’s what we charge you can go somewhere else if you like. I told him I already did thanks and I left the store.

If I could give this a 0 I would. Needed my ring straighten and polished, worker said I could get it Wednesday (we have our pictures Thursday and fly out). I call Wednesday to see when to come get it and she says she doesn’t have it, IN ADDITION she says it wouldn’t be possible for me to drive to go get it from whoever has it. I can’t have engagement pictures without a ring so everything is canceled, including our flight. They never called or contacted me to let me know, I had to find out the day before because I contacted them. What was supposed to contribute to a happy experience has ruined my week. My requested time off for the trip is now partially useless. Do not go here.

I went in there to sell a couple rings and during the process I was taught many things about gold and silver that I did not know or was even aware of. I've been to several different jewelry places in the past I've never had such a great experience like I did with this place. I stopped by B’s Jewlers on W. Main St. in Sun Prairie for the first time early in August, 2023. I had two necklaces that I wanted to combine into one. They gave me a fair price, with a quick completion date. They made me feel like a valued customer. Their communication was good, and they did just what I wanted! I love my new necklace! I also love having this neighborhood jewelry store so accessible.

I stopped in to look into getting repairs done on my rings, one of them being a vintage engagement ring that was my great-grandmother's. I ended up leaving them there to go ahead with the necessary repairs. Jessica was fantastic. She was personable, kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I'll leave another review when I get my rings back but for right now, based on customer service alone, I'd recommend this Jeweler to everybody.

I just got back from running errands after I picked up my rings. They are perfect and I'm so happy to have them back and to be able to wear them again. I feel like I gave them a big ask in asking for them to have them done before I left to go visit my family out of state. But they did it and it is one less thing I have to worry about. Thank you again to the absolutely amazing staff! I couldn't be happier!
