Pedí abitacion de no fumar y apestaba a puro cigarro el piso sucio no muy recomendado

La atención del personal de recepción es buena y amable. La seguridad del área del estacionamiento adecuada. La habitación que ocupamos contaba con dos camas matrimoniales, dos almohadas por cama y apenas una delgada cobija, afortunadamente no había frío esa noche. El baño con detalles de limpieza, falta de iluminación y sin extractor de aire. Apenas te dan un par de jabones y un par de toallas. Bastante sucia la alfombra de la habitación. En el corredor pudimos ver un par de cucarachas enormes lo que indica que no tienen un programa efectivo de control de plagas. El desayuno fue lo mejor de la estancia, un bufet sin gran variedad pero con alimentos y frutas de calidad.

The room was fresh, clean, and most importantly.... Cool!!! It's been so hot outside. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom products were plenty to get us through our visit. The continental breakfast had the traditional selection, plus, a vanilla yoghurt parfait station! Holly greeted us at the front desk and was very friendly. We just stayed one night as we were driving through, but would definitely stay here even if we had a few days as it is close to stores and restaurants. There was even a country western museum that we noted on the way out of town that could make for a cute stop. On their website they have a list of things to do in town, as well.

Absolutely a great place to stay and super friendly people. The parking is great even for big trucks and plenty of choices for food nearby. Great breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Will stay again.

Our accessible room was anything but. We had the hardest time maneuvering my daughter's wheelchair. When we tried to check in, the room wasn't ready. Told to come back in an hour. Still waited another 30 minutes after that. There was no seat in or available for the shower. The threshold of the door was not flush enough to get her wheelchair over by herself. All of the outlets in the room were too loose to hold a plug without needing something else to hold it there. And there was no hot water in the shower. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
