Seven visits at $1100 each they use your $100 as a deposit that they want before they come it never goes towards your bill .
They advertise the whole house less than that. They did two days in a small loft, hid objects behind my futon when they took their photo went back to it. This next day me again full price to do the same thing they never went over with me about the things they removed, which I specifically said do not touch the collectibles. Do not remove anything Disney. They specifically went through my collectibles two days in a row and offered to buy one. They took my daughters, beauty pageant crown worth $300 but to her priceless.
They took a memorabilia with husband and other line of duty officers who died in 2020 on shirts purchased to keep not donate.
They were brand new and tags on them . And it was very clear that they were memorial shirts and they knew the situation as I inform of our loss and the large memorial photo frame states as much when you enter my home. They removed items from my garage that they charge me full price and only did two walls that were brand new and not for donate. They put it out by the curb and along my lawn on the driveway so that people would think that I’m having a garage sale and didn’t stop until I asked and had to tell them to inform a stranger that had walked up on my driveway browsing that these items are here to organize the garage. I never asked them to remove the items that they did. I also told them not to remove anything from my closet which the pregnant woman who is on their staff did remove items for herself as they were maternity tops. I had laundry in my dryer. They removed it and the one pair of Capri jeans that I had put in were seen again and questioned them right away but no one saw them.
FYI, if you invite these people into your home, just know that they went through my medicine and collectibles and yes my guns were moved and the rifle was not placed inside the box but empty barley on top of the closet shelf and fell I top of my head. I had robes in the closet and in a drawer there was nothing organized. I never got what I paid for. And they took things that cannot be replaced.
That contract says they don’t touch collectibles but they did and they’re gone. They kept the keepsake box a plastic bin in the garage, and none of it includes her crown her sash which was displayed hanging in her mirror and they took a decorative ballerina with a wooden bodice upper bodice with bows on it, as well as a measuring chart with my daughters name on it of her height as she was growing up at the time of hire my daughter 13 is still growing and we were robbed of so many things.
We feel violated. Plain and simple theft.
In closing they didn’t do the whole house but charged me twice for same room, a loft that was never completed totaling $1,100 each visit total of 8 visits. what was advertised. With death in family + probate matters. I questioned as to why it Im being charged so much and not given the full house price of $2,900 the owner replied with a question asking me am I ready to take it in myself and do I understand how to organize now. I was never shown anything. My closet + dresser were not organized at all. Crammed in and wrinkled purses crammed in a plastic bin in my closet on the floor. They hung sweaters and other clothing that can’t be hung up. Nightmare. And the contract doesn’t say that they’re allowed to take anything they want even when informed not to. But that’s what the owner uses as an excuses to missing they were specifically told not to take collectibles. I was there and available if needed but they were too sly. In fact, their contract says they don’t touch medication and they don’t touch firearms. Just to reiterate they did.
