Paid $600 this is the job I got when they removed the tint from the rear windshield.
& wouldn't make things right about it.

After reviewing the windows,
I really feel like they had a rookie on the job. Super unprofessional job.

I'm sure they'll say, "We can replace the tint for you."

But the burnt headliner was ridiculous & I have no way to prove it wasn't there before the job, knowing it wasn't!!

I'm back it's been a few days & I just noticed they tinted the windshield with my registration sticker still on. Now I can't remove it

I can’t tell you how much I recommend B Audio Sound. While located conveniently in the city of San Antonio, they simultaneously make you feel as if you are family from the second you walk in the door. I initially went to them wanting to redo my stereo system in my old truck, but after talking with them, I decided to expand my job to stereo, new touchscreen display, new locks with new fobs, backup camera and tinted windows. They not only did all of this in an extremely neat and professional manner, but also they got everything done in 1 day. Specifically, Nas was the professional who took care of me, but it’s a family owned business of which takes pride in their job and makes sure to leave you with the understanding that even though you may have just met that day, they will take care of you as if you are direct family relatives. B Audio Sound altogether is fantastic and again, I cannot recommend more that you go to them for any and all of your audio upgrades that you may be thinking of doing in the near future.

If you are looking to upgrade anything in your vehicles, B Audio is the place! Nas and Mike did a great job listening and understanding what i was looking for on my Jeep Gladiator. They gave several options and stayed within my budget, without sacrificing the sound and quality of the components they sell. I added x2 8" subwoofers with box and the amp. The outcome was beyond what I expected and will get my business in the future. Give them a try, you won't regret it !

These guys in San Antonio did an amazing job installing my system. Everything came out very clean and system sounds amazing. Very well with communicating and time on install was A+.

I am more saddened than anything, and I feel targeted as a girl who doesn’t know much about cars. I’m truly saddened that I couldn’t trust this place to give me the best “bang for my buck” like promised. Immediately the men here were trying to up sell me on ridiculous boxes for the brand new sub I brought in of my own, showing me that it was going to “wear out” very soon and I should just buy a new one. By showing me that it was wearing out they just tapped the speaker shaking their head… to me this proved nothing. I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal possible so bringing my own sub was to help the cost but essentially just ended up costing more, as they failed to mention their “ALL IN ONE” which if you don’t know already should equal up to $450 before tax and that’s for all brand new equipment and set up and labor. However not being made aware of this they tried charging me $589 for an install and parts plus the new box that I supposedly needed. I ended up paying $508 without the new box and I’m not satisfied at all. The sub is constantly sliding around my trunk. There was no support holding down the sub at all and almost everyday I have to reconnect the sub after being disconnected off the slightest safest turns on the road. The wires aren’t neat at all. Also, I noticed that the old wires that were in my car suddenly are no where to be found and it leaves me to wonder if they were used and I was ripped off yet again. Truly I can never know because they have no interest in genuine service. I pleaded with them to give me the all in one instead but they were very upset I became aware of these savings I could’ve had and refused me a change, and said I would still have to pay the labor fee. I feel like I should also mention that when trying to upscale me on the new box they said they hadn’t done any installing yet, but when 2 minutes later I asked for a change they said it takes a lot of work and they’re already finished, while appearing to be upset. Unfortunately it appeared they were done as soon as it was convenient for them. I am so sad for the lost money and lack of trust I now have.

They installed the speaker in such a way that it was rubbing against the door panel. It only lasted 11 months. Over 300$ down the drain. I just went to Custom Sounds & Tint on San Pedro to get the stuff in 3rd pic installed.

Your response is foolish and makes zero sense. The photos I provided show a crease from improper installation that in turn effected the cone and ripped the surround. There is no misunderstanding of the difference between a coaxial and a subwoofer. Your strawman argument is dumb. I also purchased JL 6.5 speakers and had them installed. I’ll add the photo for you and your subpar shop to review.

They did a great job, very clean work, and great customer service! I have a convertible which if anyone has one you know having good sound is hard to get but after getting my last one installed by another company that told me they gave me the best that I could get, I found out was not true that was just the best that they had but I am glad I went over here because they have such a larger selection of options to choose from for different needs and what they suggested and installed was literally 1000 times better than what the other company gave, now in my car I feel like I have a true system with more bass then I was expecting. I got 8 inch subs in a custom box mad perfectly so I can still put the top down and have a good size box to have the bass that I was Desperately seeking, it actually sounds like I have 12 or 15 inch subs in there with the great products that they carry. I could not be happier with the service, installation, and price for what I got it was worth every Penny and some. It now feels like a whole new driving experience with the top up or down! I can’t wait to go back soon hopefully to get some interior lights they sell and install there, it looks awesome and I want to get it asap. It’s definitely with checking them out before you go anywhere else!
